I was touched inappropriately by the busboy. When I complained, the "manager" cursed at me and spoke to me equally inappropriately. There are so many choices on the Upper West Side, avoid this one!!!

very disappointed...the man outside was very likable and talked us into dining there even though we were heading some where else. once in, other than the waiter's HELPER (the helper did a great job with the drinks and bread, clearing the plates, etc.)it was nothing to talk about, no personal attent...

we came here for the day in the city...and this lace was open...no one around inside thought it was closed...but foound people hanging in the back of the place....we ordered simple dishes nothing crazy---food was a verage, but the service and staff...are a punch of fouled mouth people..not pleasant ...

Don't walk too fast or you'll past this little place up. They offer an excellent array of raw and organic entrées. An oasis from much of the dead foods you find in New York City! There is also an organic juice bar right next door for you to feed your body at the cellular level!

I absolutely love Bella Napoli! I visit New York at least once every 2 years and ALWAYS stop by to eat the delicious pizza. The owner and family are very nice and very helpful. If you are planning a trip to New York Bella Napoli is a must!!!!!
