We had 6 people in our party tonight and was given the worst service and food we have ever had. We were seated at 6:30 and had a waitress come to our table at 7:30 . We tried to get the attention of the manager and anyone and was ignored. We never received all our meals, two meals were not entered...
the people that handle the register wear the gloves they used to prepare the food and after handling the register go back to preparing the food with dirty gloves! if you don't mind this, then by all means enjoy!

WORST PLACE TO GO IN FLORIDA BETTER OFF TO STAY HOME IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE ME GO THERE HA HA HA
My husband has had gastric bypass & can literally only eat certain foods/portions. He asked to have a small amount of chicken salad as his meal. The waitress argued they are not allowed to do that as deli items can't be in the dining area (odd rule). She offered the platter or sandwich which he can'...

it stinks!! portions are too small!! quality is medium??.I will not go back
This is one of the finest dining experiences in the tri county area. From the moment you enter you are greeted and seated. The door is locked after guests so that no one can interrupt your celebration.(remember, there are only six tables) My husband and I enjoy not having people interrupt our celebr...
Grossly overpriced.....all show, no deal. More to eat for 14.99 at the ale house. Snobbish waiters forget they work for tips... ATTITUDE PROBLEM throughout staff. NEVER AGAIN>
This is my favorite pizza place. I order from this place often and always found the employees friendly and outgoing. Food has always been excellent. However, on a recent visit on a sunday, i called to order a pizza around 11:30 and was told that they opened at 12noon and my oizza would be ready at 1...
Food is excellent and buffet counters are kept clean. Service is inattentive. After three requests for water, we never received any and finally gave up. Response to ordering additional drinks was painfully slow. Chefs had a hard time keeping the buffet stocked and lines stalled as diners waited ...
Was there on a Friday night!! That band Vertical was fantastic and the slider burgers are delicious!
I received a coupon for Euro Fusion and thought what a great excuse for dinner with the family. Boy was I wrong. They wouldn't honor the coupon because they had some kind of fight with the coupon company. I really didn't need to hear about it. They were rude and obnoxious. Euro Fusion - where t...
This is the filthiest, most poorly run restaurant I have ever seen. I would never return and highly recommend nobody else go there! It's disgusting.
My girlfriends and I where there a couple of weeks ago and the food was great. They have a great band called "Vertical" that is playing on Friday nights. You should go out and dance!!!!!
We have been here twice and have been very happy with the entire dining experience. They seem to be consistently good. We will look forward to more good food from this great place in the future.
On February 10 I had a party of 12 people for lunch. I was not greeted as I came in with the group. No one was at the front. We sat and waited no menus no bread until I asked at least four times. Then the waiter took the orders and gave everyone but one of us lunch. This person waited 45 minute...
I have been to a few other Japanese buffets in the past, but they all pale in comparion to Shinju. They have such a large selection of sushi, rolls, & sashimi and the chefs are constantly right there making more. There is also a large selection of cooked foods, but for me the sushi, sashimi and rol...
The food was great, my husband and I had our dinner outside in the courtyard with our dog lucky. The waitress brought my dog a water bowl and a treat:) The music was fantastic. I would definetly come again
