I also had a bad experience with China House. Placed a large order to be delivered and one of the dishes was awful. I called to have that one meal credited to my card and was told they would not do it. I called back to speak with the owner and was told he knew about the problem and did not care. ...

I have ordered from China House for many years and the food is usually good. However, last night one of the dishes I ordered, chicken subgum chow mein, was awful. I have had it many times and it has always been good. I called the restaurant and asked them to please credit my card for that one dish. ...
I HAVE USED THIS RESTAURANT FOR SEVERAL YEARS. THE OTHER NIGHT THE FOOD WAS HORRIBLE. I CALLED AND EXPECTED THE MANAGER WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT. SHE TOLD ME SHE WOULD TELL THE KITCHEN. I SPEND ABOUT 40.00-60.00 A WEEK THERE, AND WAS VERY UPSET AT THE WAY IT WAS HANDLED.
I HAVE HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THE MOST ARROGANT AND RUDE ORDER TAKER. HE REFUSED TO GIVE ME HIS FIRST NAME. I EXPLAINED TO HIM THAT I ONLY WANT THE GATE ADDRESS TO MY CONDO IN HIS COMPUTER. MY ACTUAL ADDRESS IN THE GATED COMMUNITY IS GIVEN TO THE DRIVER AT THE GATE. HE YELLED AT ME LITERALLY...
We Walked Out! We were on time for our reservation. We had to ask for water twice and ask for menus. After 1 hour, we were not yet served, though the tables around us were seated after us and were finishing deserts. We asked to speak to the manager 3 times and were told "He is in the kitchen making...
I took the chicken fried rice and it is the last time I would order any food here. Both me and my wife did not like the food. The chicken wasn't cooked freshed and the overall taste was bad. If you really want good food at the same price go a few yards further and order something at PeWei.
Excellent food, friendly waitress, offers all early birds all eve and you can make any dish a dinner with soup, egg roll and desert for minor add on, they had vegetarian options, everyone was happy !
The best chinese restaurant - coming from a chinese person!!! The food is the best chinese food (next to my father's) I've had almost everything on the menu and have never been disappointed!!
Ordered delivery service to the Boca Marriott. Food was delivered in a reasonable time and it was hot and fresh. Ordered spicy chicken and veggies. This was good and crisp but had zero spice. I also ordered BBQ pork fried rice...this sucked. probably the worst fried rice ever. the entire meal ...
VERY GOOD FOOD. I RECOMMED IT THEM TO MY FRIENDS
Foods & service is great!
Great service and friendly wait staff. Decent size portions served hot and tasty. Would definitely return.
This establishment offers an authentic Chinese experience when it comes to true Chinese recipes, The food is outstanding in flavor. I've tried several different dishes that rival many of the restaurants I've eaten at in Hong Kong, but my absolute favorite, here, is the Chicken in Garlic Sauce. If...
Was excited to try this new place. What a let down, looks pretty but food was less than average and service was lacking.

THIS RESTAURANT IS HORRIBLE!!! I also got in an argument with the lady about the CAT that was on our plate. It was NOT chicken in the slightest use of the word. RUDE AND IGNORANT lady there!
The food is very good, prices are reasonable & the service is also good. The cook is excellent and an experience to watch. The only negative is that the woman who runs the counter is very unfriendly.
Disappointed, after hearing great things about BW. The Lomein noodles WERE tasty - I ordered with broccoli and tofu. There was hardly any broccoli for a large order. The tofu was 'meh'. The vegetable steamed dumplings were gummy, the veggies in them overcooked and blah. The shrimp eggroll was passa...

I just had a horrible experience with this restuarant. I was in a rush because i only had a specific amount of time for lunch. They FORGOT to put in my order which made me wait even longer and when i went up to ask for my food they rushed my food out. They made my dish soupy which is horrible and th...
China House Restaurant Is A Great Place To Pick Up Some Great Chinese Food. It's Even a Better Bargin During Lunch. Give it a Try.
They are under the same management. Quality of food is superior to any take out places in the general vicinity. Not to mention, they are ultra fast with delivery! They've never hung up the phone on me. Snowbirds can be choosy, but the locals are devoted. :D Excellent place, with a cute website...
