This is my favorite pizza place. I order from this place often and always found the employees friendly and outgoing. Food has always been excellent. However, on a recent visit on a sunday, i called to order a pizza around 11:30 and was told that they opened at 12noon and my oizza would be ready at 12:05.I arrived at the place at 11:58 and was told that the pizza would be ready in a couple of minutes. The pizza man who looked like he had had a rough night and seemed to me to be still intoxicated blurred something_ you just walked in and already looking for your pizza? who orders pizza on a sunday and expects to be ready in 15 minutes. I told him that i didnt mind waiting and he kept on mumbling under his breath. I then realized that he was in fact drunk when he dropped a pizza on the floor while trying to put in the oven. My pizza came out at 12:23 and it was oblong. while i was waiting for my pizza i observed this pizza guy engage in confrontational behavior with other customers.One could tell that the other employees were motified by his behavior but no one told him to stop it. As i said, this is my favoite pizza place and i have been there since but if i go in and see the same man making pizzas i will walk out. I will not be subject to this guy abuse.

I was there on a recent friday night waiting for a slice of pizza when the pizza guy was yelling F.... words at some people in the background. then he started yelling that there were no more slices,imagine how pissed i was after waiting in line for 15 minutes.Pretty nasty atmosphere to go in and eat dinner. they should get rid of the guy in a heartbeat.

the little pizza MEN behind the counter is pretty nasty.. but other than that. pizza is good and service is okay

I loved pizza since the the day I was born in Brooklyn. So far this is the best pie in West Boca, please don't screw it up!! Faithful customer!!!!

this place has great food and caring people behind the counter> we enjoy watching them hustle and bustle as they serve dozen of customers at the same time. try their garlic chicken wings.Can't wait for my next visit

The lady at the front is the bad mannered person i ever had to deal with. She's extremely rude and I don't recommend this restaurant to anybody !

This is the BEST pizza, and i eat in New York monthly, and i cannot find Pizza as good up there! The taste is just right, and try the Garlic Rolls.

Pizza is amazing! Service is awful. They seem to really care less. They always seem to be too busy to care and that's a shame. It's a new economy in 2010 and I hope they get their service up to the level of their food so we can enjoy the entire experience for years to come.

This is great New York style pizza, right down to the bubbling crust. The sauce used to be sweeter but they recently changed hands. It's different now, not better, not worse. The place itself has ZERO atmosphere (the new owners even took down the couple of photos of New York that were hanging up), and the staff remains just as incompetent and irritating. I'd hate the place, but the pizza is absolutely authentic!

Finally, a "good" tomato and basil pizza.
Moved here 3 years ago from NY and craved this pie until today. Can't wait to tell my family and friends. Awesome!!

The people who work here are extremely RUDE. I have been there not once but twice and on both occasions they are too busy chatting amongst each other than helping patrons. I actually saw an elderly woman sitting waiting for her pizza and going to get up and get it and they were yelling for her to hurry up and make room for other orders. INCREDIBLE!

It New York Style, don't expect them to be like "Oh! how are you today sir". It's almost like the real New York Pizza joint GREAT pizza and food. I highly recommend them.

Good Pizza but the staff behind the counter is rude and could care less about the customers. Fire the kids working there - you have good pizza but I will never be back.

agrre, the cashiers are teens who are preoccupied with everything but their customers. it's been this way for years. i know many who wo0nt return. too bad, too, they have good pizza.

I love the fresh tomato and basil pizza! It is definately more expensive here, but I like it the best. I order for delivery every time. Leftover, if any, great reheated in oven next day (tastes just as good if not better!).

when you go in person or call for delivery, the staff is rude, non-caring & immature. I just hung up the phone.... someone picked up & announced to hold... then they dropped the phone down & never came back to it. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN - NOT WORTH THE AGGRAVATION. THERE ARE MANY OTHER PLACES THAT APPRECIATE THE BUSINESS.

This place used to be good when it first opened. Now it seems that they have let the quality slip quite a bit. Not only is the food not as good, but the service was rude and slow.

I love this place I live in mission bay , but I am from NewYork and find this place a reminder of the pizza I had as a kid in NewYork. When i get a pizza from them they joke that it weighs 20lbs because of all the stuff I put on it. I have not visited them in a few months but intend to order a pie today. Norm
