I have been eating at Virgil's for at least 7 years and I have never had a bad experience! The food is terrific and the drinks will hit you like a ton of bricks! The "Fall Off The Porch Long Island Iced Tea" is the best drink that I have ever had in New York. I'm a native New Yorker now living in...

Ate at Tao last night, food was excellent! Service was horrific! Waited over an hour for a table when we made a reservation a month in advance. Server was trying to rush us out throughout the entire meal. When we were still eating, he kept coming up to us and asking us if we were done. "Um, hello id...

Tavalon is definitely the top 5 best tea house in New York. Yeah. I am also wondering if they have any stores out of NY. Anyway, I believe they will be a big hit where ever they go. Love their white tea cocktail, which I happen to find at G spa. Yummy..........

I've been to Thailand a couple times, and eaten at countless Thai restaurants in the U.S. and I'd say this place is as close to real Thai food as you can get outside of Thailand.

The managerial and hosts at this bar/restaurant are some of the worst I have ever experienced. We had a 9pm reservation for a private party space. Despite showing up promptly at 9pm and having put our credit card down for the reservation, and having had received a confirmation call the day before,...

This should be required dining for anyone who still enjoys the value of a truly classic French meal. All of your senses will be indulged. Charles Mason's picture should be next to the word restauranteur in Webster's Dictionary: he is one of the last of his kind. Everything that arrives at your ta...
Impressive that a restaurant in New York would attract such accolades and be so incredibly disappointing, touting variety and a long history of great service, Vatan is for those who have no understanding or appreciation for quality cuisine, have no capability to distinguish fine Indian flavors and f...

Food was good, decor fine. Lived in NY most of my life and was trying to make a show. Everything was fine until I tried to get my coat for 10 minutes before asking the maitre 'd to assist me, which he seemed to ignore my request. Waited 10 more minutes until my showtime to ask the maitre 'd once mor...
The Brazilian lobster tails and Alaskan snowcrab were fantastic. If you really want to blow your mind get the Nicaraguan lobster
On a beautiful sunny New York City day in early August I was introduced by friends to what will forever be a favorite addiction ChickaLicious Dessert Bar located at 203 E. 10th Street (at 2nd ave.). That day I indulged in the very reasonably priced 3 course Prix Fixe menu not once but twice as I bro...

I was randomly walking down 14th street when I stumbled upon this tea store. All I can say is WOW, a unique tea store with a variety of teas that I haven't seen anywhere else. I know they're opening up more stores in NYC hopefully they'll be out on the west coast soon. This is a place you MUST check...
The prime rib for two was superb! We receive a professional serice. The space is very cozy and warm. We will be back soon.
How did this place merit 4 stars on menupages? This joint (the 23rd Street outlet) served me the worst Mexican meal I have eaten …anywhere…ever. I do not say this lightly; I thought about it, and I stand by my assessment. The salsa was the harbinger of doom – it tasted like tomato puree (straight...

We ordered "Spicy & Tangy Scallops" and "Spicy &Tangy Shrimps" for lunch. One dish had 4 shrimp and the second dish barely had enough scallops. Each dish was filled with large peppers & was approx $16.00. NOT WORTH THE MONEY!
great creative mexican food , friendly ambience . service with smile, good choice to go out for upper east side

I've been to this restaurant for few years now and I've never been fooled!! the plate of Chacuterie is really nice! I always go for the meat and I did enjoy all my dishes so far (the short ribs, Sea scallop are great!!). The service is steady and attentionate. the soufle Grand marnier is a must!! an...

BARBECUE, this is the one word to describe the smoky, tangy, saucy utterances that issue from MoBay Uptown's kitchen. I had gone many times before, for the whole snapper rundown, the crab cakes and the fabulous vegetarian offerings, but once I tasted the beef ribs,it's hard for me to go there and h...
