I was so mad I wanted to scream at the manager for hiring such "bimbo's" to bar tend! They completely ignored me while I was waiting for a friend. I noticed they ignored several other "Older" people and we all agreed, nope, not coming back here. I guess we're not dumb enough or sport a tattoos on our butts to say, “Hey, look at my butt”! Poor service, inferior food and too young and dumb to even carry on a simple conversation! Hint: Name Change - “T&A Bimbos”… Iron Horse, much classier!

Excellent food & service. Comfortable seating. The portions are very generous & the people who work there were friendly & made us feel welcome. We will be back!

I was a customer for several months. This place is a win if you like pretty girls... otherwise, it blows. Management thinks everyone owes them patronage. What's on the menu rarely comes out on your plate. Katie was the places saving grace but unfortunately she couldn't be there 24/7.

TERRIBLE!! No customer service...I was a regular customer (re-iterate WAS!!) for over 7 months. And the one time I took a cigar out of the case (on the bar) BA insisted I be charged $20 for on that was listed at $10.

I stopped going after that ( a month or so ago) and when I went out with a few friends this past week the told me they were also OVERCHARGED for what they drank...Can I say - I TOLD YOU TO QUIT GOING??? There are too many other places.

...this place is awful. I have been a regular client for the past 7 months. The management has yet to be friendly and personable. Over the past 2 months (I go once a week on average) they have consistently over charged me, so if you go make sure the bill they bring is accurate.

Two days ago I picked out a cigar (10.99 based on their pricing) at the bar, told my server to add it to my tab...when I received my tab I was told management (B.A.) insisted I be charge $20.00 for the cigar marked $10.99. I insisted it be changed and it was. BUT I will not be back any time soon. Most the staff is good, if not wonderful...Becca is good looking and very nice...Holly is the same...Erin is wonderful...but BA...come on...after being a regular for 7 (seven) MONTHS is it too much to ask for a subtle nod or a "hey _______ how is it going?"... I am tired of being over billed...no regular customer acknowlegment...so ultimately this place is the pits...

There are too many other places that acknowledge the REGULAR's...cut them a little slack.
I will be going to other places...like the Iron Horse tavern, Nemoes, English...at least they take care of the regulars!!!

DO NOT GO TO Tavern at Medlock...many of my friends told me to stop prior to the incident a couple days ago...I should have listened.

I would just like to say that I have been a regular client for 6 months. 99% of the time I bring my own cigar to smoke. The one time I take a cigar out of their humidor & tell my server (becca) that I took one for $10.99 the owner/manager "BA" insisted she ring it up for $20.00!!! I would like to know WHICH cigar they have in the humidor for $20.00. I believe the most expensive one they have is the Pedron Anniversary for $15.99. I took the less expensive Padron for $10.99 and told the server what I took. "BA" knew I was a regular client and knew I told the server WHICH cigar I selected...In addition the last beer I was served was in a glass that had a HUGE chip in the rim which I could have cut myself on, the server (Becca) was very apologetic about it and offered another beer...All I have to say is that I will not be back any time soon. "BA" knowing I was a regular client was less than hospitable and I will take my business elsewhere...This place, while convenient to my home, will not get my business any more... or any of my friends.

THE FOOD IS AWESOME AND THE SERVICE WAS ON POINT I THINK THIS PLACE IS ONE GREAT PLACE AND WOW THE STAFF!
