I also had a bad experience with China House. Placed a large order to be delivered and one of the dishes was awful. I called to have that one meal credited to my card and was told they would not do it. I called back to speak with the owner and was told he knew about the problem and did not care. I will never go back there again-bad way to do business. They have lost my business and several other people I have told about the incident.

I have ordered from China House for many years and the food is usually good. However, last night one of the dishes I ordered, chicken subgum chow mein, was awful. I have had it many times and it has always been good. I called the restaurant and asked them to please credit my card for that one dish. They were not nice about it and just argued and refused to issue a credit. I can not believe that they are willing to lose a good customer by not issuing me about a $6.00 credit. No apology or we're sorry. I will not go back there again. The dish was inedible and there should have been no question about not charging for it. I'm sure glad the person I spoke with doesn't work for me. I called back a few days later and asked to speak with the owner. Told he was not there and they did not know when he would be. I said I thought he should know about my bad experience. The response was that he already knows and he doesn't care. They could have the best food in the world (they don't) and I would never go there just because of their lousy attitude and terrible way they do business.

I HAVE USED THIS RESTAURANT FOR SEVERAL YEARS. THE OTHER NIGHT THE FOOD WAS HORRIBLE. I CALLED AND EXPECTED THE MANAGER WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT. SHE TOLD ME SHE WOULD TELL THE KITCHEN. I SPEND ABOUT 40.00-60.00 A WEEK THERE, AND WAS VERY UPSET AT THE WAY IT WAS HANDLED.

Ordered delivery service to the Boca Marriott. Food was delivered in a reasonable time and it was hot and fresh. Ordered spicy chicken and veggies. This was good and crisp but had zero spice. I also ordered BBQ pork fried rice...this sucked. probably the worst fried rice ever. the entire meal cost about $20 dollars. i probably would not order delivery from this place again.

I took the chicken fried rice and it is the last time I would order any food here. Both me and my wife did not like the food. The chicken wasn't cooked freshed and the overall taste was bad. If you really want good food

Excellent food, friendly waitress, offers all early birds all eve and you can make any dish a dinner with soup, egg roll and desert for minor add on, they had vegetarian options, everyone was happy !
