We Walked Out!
We were on time for our reservation. We had to ask for water twice and ask for menus. After 1 hour, we were not yet served, though the tables around us were seated after us and were finishing deserts. We asked to speak to the manager 3 times and were told "He is in the kitchen making your dinners now!" After 5 more minutes, I asked for the food to go. 10 more minutes: no sign of our food and we left.
No apology or explanation was offered.

Was excited to try this new place. What a let down, looks pretty but food was less than average and service was lacking.
