Diner reviews of Oriental Express

I HAVE HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THE MOST ARROGANT AND RUDE ORDER TAKER. HE REFUSED TO GIVE ME HIS FIRST NAME. I EXPLAINED TO HIM THAT I ONLY WANT THE GATE ADDRESS TO MY CONDO IN HIS COMPUTER. MY ACTUAL ADDRESS IN THE GATED COMMUNITY IS GIVEN TO THE DRIVER AT THE GATE. HE YELLED AT ME LITERALLY FOR TWENTY MINUTES INSISTING THAT I GIVE THE ACTUAL ADDRESS. THE REASON I DON'T GIVE THE ACTUAL ADDRESS IS BECAUSE IT DOES NOT SHOW UP ON A GPS. IT WOULD CONFUSE THE DRIVER. TELL ME WHY WOULD I ORDER FROM SOMEONE THAT LITERALLY SCREAMMED AT ME OVER THE TELPHONE? I GUESS ORIENTAL EXPRESS IS DOING SO WELL, THEY DON'T NEED THE BUSINESS. FINE WITH ME. I MUCH RATHER GIVE MY MONEY TO A RESTAURANT THAT APPRECIATES IT THEN BY SOMEONE WHO HARRASSES ME FOR A LOUSY TAKEOUT ORDER. I FIND IT INTERESTING HE HAD SO MUCH TIME ON HIS HANDS TO TAKE UP TWENTY MINUTES ON THE TAKEOUT TELEPHONE LINE. ULTIMATELY, IT IS UNDER THE CUSTOMERS DISCRETION WHAT PERSONAL INFO.IS SHARED. THE GATE ADDRESS IS ALL THAT THEY NEED.
