Only because Vallejo has so little in terms of restaurants can I recomend Mikos. The food is pretty good, though it is in kind of a scary area. Once inside, however, the atmosphere is somewhat improved. Give it a try....

Since there are so few good restaurants in Vallejo, Nujos is a place I visit frequently. The last dish I had, the Chicken Picatta over rissoto (sp?) was quite good, though a bit heavy. They are located in a converted KFC drive through, so the ambience is pretty weird.
