The 1 strand of hair on my French Fries should've been the signal for me to leave. But at that moment didn't want to make a big deal about it. Then 5 minutes later, my fiancee saw a wad of hair coming from the cup of his fries. I told 1 of the employees that we have hair on our fries and she said,"Oh, It's just the strands from the potato sack." So the employee came over to our table and showed us the sack as if that was a good enough reason for me to continue to eat. I then told her that I would like a refund, but 1st would only give me the refund for the fries. We also had burgers too. I told the employee that I wanted a refund for everything and they did. Other than that the burger was pretty tasty but not a good experience for the first time. Makes me wonder how clean it is in the back.

Found this place when I was in the Navy at Vallejo and have loved eating the burgers ever since. I now live in AZ and visted family in the area just so I could get a burger from here. "THE" best burger I have ever had!

The night manager is horrible. If you want anything special like extra, extra cheese, he won't service you because he claims he can't make any of his customers that order extra cheese happy. I wrote a letter to the owner
