Diner reviews of Molinars Mexico Lindo
A diner from Vallejo, CA
Feb 2, 2001
Molinar's Mexico Lindo has been around forever! If you grow up in Vallejo - you will wash dishes at Molinar's!
The food is simple, hearty and good! Chile Colorado with Carne Asada, Chile Verde, Chimichangas and Super Shredded beef taco's. You will not need to order an appetizer - but you should have the nachos at least once!
Not to mention the Big Beer for only $2.75!
It's a good place to go at least once a week!

The night manager is horrible. If you want anything special like extra, extra cheese, he won't service you because he claims he can't make any of his customers that order extra cheese happy. I wrote a letter to the owner
