I come to the China Barn at least once a week. Sometimes for pick-up and on occassion for in-house eating. I've never been disappointed with their meals although they offer the traditional chinese-american cuisine that has become standard fare at these establishments. They have a busy lunch crowd during the week sometimes (the courthouse is right across the street) so it pays to call your orders in by 11:30-11:40pm

China Barn has been a favorite for my mom and dad, and their families for years. Now, after 4 years of living in So Cal, I moved back to Vallejo, and it's one of my favorite restaurants. My partner and I go there at least once a month, and they are always excitied to see us and know our order too! They even make my favorite, which isn't on the menu... Orange Chicken with cashews on top.

Very bland food! Despite our high hopes for the closest Chinese restaurant from our house, the food was not worth trying. The service was good and friendly. The atmosphere would have been pretty nice aside from the stupid Budwiser advertising you see all over small towns.
