My sister eats here alot. Ii went for my first visit on a Thursday night in late March at 9:30pm.
If you want to talk to your dining partner you need to yell because when they have a man in the middle ding room playing, it is really loud. The musician was pretty good and played alot of covers. The margaritas are really weak and need improvement, but the cheese dip with grilled mushrooms is fabulous. I ordered some piso de gallo and it was fine but I think they could have used fresher tomatoes with all the great markets in Atlanta. Everyone is nice and I think the restaurant is a place people go and have a good time and drink and get rowdy. I will go back for the cheese dip with mushrooms but will choose to drink elsewhere. My sister loves the chile rellano here, it tasted fine to me but I have had better (I eat mexican out three times a week). Try out the restaurant and let me know if I was just there on an off night!
