My husband and a friend stopped in for breakfast on Jan. 6 at about 9 am.(He stops at all Waffle Houses all the time.) When they got ready to leave they left a cash tip on the table. Short on cash he paid with a debit card for the meal only, not tipping on card. It cleared my bank with $5.00 more added to it. I first called #148 on 1-18-08 asking for the mgr, leaving message to call back. No call back after calling them several times. On 1-14 I called told the girl that ans.the phone my problem, she did get the mgr to the phone. Chris Willmas ask the date,time & server #. She called her home office. Chris called me back said the Office wanted me to call them. April in Office asked the same questions then called my husband talked to him. Then she told him she would send a copy to us and to take it up with our bank. When I received copy it had $6.50 added to receipt. Someone is stealing from me and Waffle House !!! And Waffle House doesn't care. By the way I did call my bank. A lot of hassle for one meal. IS IT WORTH MY TIME AND MONEY TO EAT A WAFFLE HOUSE? PASS IT ON, I WILL.

I have dined here many times for brunch/lunch/dinner and the food is always consistent and service is exceptional. My fav dinner entrees have been their seafood specials which has always been fresh. Highly recommend!
