This has got to be a hidden gem in Boca. We stumbled upon this place a few days ago and we are glad we did. The food was out of this world. Definitely worth a shot.

There is something very simple and yet enjoyable about this place. The atmosphere is very casual and simple but the food speaks for itself. Our server was very nice and we must have been checked on by the owners 3-4 times throughout our dinner to see if everything was going good. You dont really see those kind of things anymore.

I have been a Boca resident for over 20 years and like to think I have dined at all of the restaurants in the area at least once. We decided to give Rosarios a try after recently learning the old owner had taken it back. We are definitely glad we dined here. The places looks a little different but the food is delicious as always. We tried a half order of the clams casino, excellent, and a half order of fried calamari which were excellent as well. Our party of four then split a full order of the rigatoni all vodka, which still is a great staple of the restaurant, and a chicken scarpariello country style, simply delicious. A few cappaccinos and very good pieces of italian cheescake and tiramisu ended the night. Family style dining really has its moments and it definitely shines at Rosarios.

Heard about this place from some friends who went. After we read their review in the Sun-Sentinel we decided to try it. We are glad we did. The food was great, definitely some of the best veal parm and rigatoni ala vodka Ive eatin. We also got chicken country style for the table which was delicious. The wait staff was good but looked a little overworked on the busy Saturday night that we went. Great experience at a great restaurant.

Visited this restaurant after reading its great review in the Sentinel. Our overall experience was great. We enjoyed the family style selections since we went with a party of 7. They also had a few specials which my husband had, veal chop voldostana and I had, red snapper livornese. Both were excellent. Other items we tried were the baked clams, rigatoni vodka, veal parmisan, chicken rosarios, and some great tiramisu. The wait staff was kind and attentive. We will be back.

Had a party of 11 people at this restaurant last night for dinner.

This place is riddled with early bird special seekers. they ahve a four course special for $22 that is mediocre at best in selection. Two of the entrees were not available @8:30pm!
Service was slow, dazed and confused. The waiter threw the plates in front of us. Had dificutly getting the orders correct. Left out a main course and we had to wait 10 minutes for it to be prepared. Sauce came out watery. Food was inconsistent in taste across the board. Preparation from the kitchen was totally without synchronization. Maitre D had little interest in solving a terrible experience and offered nothing to encourage us to ever consider this restaurant again.

Big flop in Boca-warning all who have any interest in dining here.

Just had a great dinner at Rosarios. We used to go to the place when Rosario had it under La Viola. The restaurant has a modern feel to it with a great bar area. Some of the people we were with chose to eat from their $22.95 all inclusive menu. Me and a few others decided to go with Rosarios tried and true family style menu. The food was excellent. Caesar salad, mozzarella and peppers, baked clams, rigatoni alla vodka, veal marsala, shrimp parm, and chicken country style were all enjoyed. The dessert was fabulous as well. The service was attentive and Rosario and his family are top notch. They truly try and make you have the best experience possible.
