Nino's Italian Kitchen is the best restaurant to arrive in Roswell in quite a while. We have had dinner there 3 weeks in a row, and the consistancy is right on. Nino does not over do the garlic, his favors are simply and classically done. I've had the veal marsalla twice its been amazingly wonderful and perfect both times. Tonite I had the chicken special, two enormous breasts with prosutto, spinach and marscapone cheese between them, covered in a wonderful cream sauce, topped in a million mushrooms. It was amazing. My husband had the shrimp and scallop with lemonchello appitizer. He loved it. Of course Nino does not stop there... his deserts are worth killing any diet for. They are not to be missed, especially the Chocolate moose pyramid, and his chocolate moose cake. This is a sure shot. Visit soon... you won't be dissapointed.

This is a fabulous restaurant. My tuna, seared to perfection, was served over lovely julienned vegetables. My husband tried the special of the day: baby lamb with grilled asparagus. Delicious! Our waitress was friendly and solicitous. While we waited for the lamb, she brought out a basket of corn muffins which had a nice zing to them. After the meal, we were treated to chocolate covered strawberries, compliments of the chef. YUM! Blue Fire rivals some wonderful restaurants I've gone to in Manhattan -- at a fraction of the price. The ambience is perfect for an adult's evening out, and the staff really aims to please. Give it a go. You won't be sorry.
