New China Express

I ordered from this place a few times. The food is over fried, greasy and not that good. You ask, why did I order a few times then? Well, it is because I live close to Atlanta city limits and very few restaurants deliver. Well, I order one too many times as they got my order wrong and when I called to nicely ask why I received the wrong item, the lady on the phone immediately got rude with me and told me that was not her problem. She insisted I ordered what she gave me when my order history dictates I order the same thing over and over again. I then asked for her manager and she says he is not in. I find that hard to believe. Anyway, I will be disputing the charges with my credit card company and will check to see if the manager is in over the next few days. This is not about my $20 spent and how I always tip and speak nice to their drivers, but about how a restaurant could be so rude to a repeating customer. I deal with the fact their food sucks since they deliver, but now I will never buy from them again. If you insist on ordering from them, use your credit card in case you need to dispute because this barely speaking English restaurant will never admit wrong doing and are RUDE! I have lived and worked in many countries so this was a major disappointment to be treated this way. BEWARE!
