Definately NOT customer oriented. Was listed for 7 people and told it would be :15 minutes. After :45 was told they could not seat 7. Rationale 1:putting tables together would be a fire hazard (but they seated 2 table of 4 together. I questioned and was given rationale 2; 7 people at one table would back up kitchen. Didn't beleive that one either. Discussed w/ manager who din't want to bother with me;several watresses joined in the in the discussion.

The place is very plain. It does remind me of an old time place when you walk in on a cold day,it is warm and smells like food. Also,it is a good place to read a newspaper. The service is not great. Mostly kids as servers. some are good,some not. Food sometimes is not hot.

I really enjoyed the calm atmosphere and open space. I loved the blueberry waffles.A deffinate must after sunday church.

Nice pleasant atmosphere, open room with interesting artwork. Great variety of breakfast choices. I had the Eggs Christopher, (Poached eggs, bacon, Tomato & Turkey smothered in Hollandaise sauce) which was superb. The waitress was polite and our food arrived warm and fast. I'm a regular customer to several of the J Christopher's locations.

Whenever I frequent this location I will only allow Kathy Ann to serve me. From my very first visit to the one today Kathy Ann always makes sure EVERYTHING IS PERFECT! If you ever visit this location and all is not well

No that is not true. Premiums are not back dated. If you got into an accident today, could your incsnarue company increase your premiums for those three months?? Same concept.
