About Horseradish Grill
That "what grows together goes together," is an elemental concept for us. To try to understand this, we maintain an organic garden planted with heirloom varieties of Southern fruits and vegetables behind the restaurant. We take trips to local markets and farms to meet and get to know the individuals who produce our food. Because the purity and integrity of our is of the highest priority, we use organically grown fruits and vegetables whenever we can. All of the food at Horseradish Grill is made here in the restaurant from scratch, including our ice creams
For us, this style of cooking and presenting food is simple. Using his pursuit of pure flavor and good taste, simplicity and refinement, herbs and spices are used sparingly and only to enhance taste.
We are mindful that our guests can choose to dine elsewhere, and that you have chosen us is a responsibility we accept seriously. We recognize that people go out to eat because they expect to have a good time, not just a great meal. It is our duty to see that we consistently exceed your expectations, and to treat each guest as if he or she were an honored visitor in our own home. We are grateful for the opportunity to share with you this celebration of food and life and each other.
