Restaurant Description

The Fire of Brazil concept is a simple one. A host of Gauchos parade through the restaurant with choice cuts of grilled Angus beef, chicken, lamb, pork and sausage. All selections are slow roasted over an open flame, seasoned to perfection and accompanied by an extravagant salad area.
