The Celebrity Chef Tour benefiting the James Beard Foundation is making its first Atlanta stop in four years at the elegant One Ninety One Club on Thursday, October 23rd, 2008 at 7pm to recreate the famed James Beard House dinners. Along with Host Chef Darryl Longo, Celebrity Chef and Owner Jonathan Eismann of Miami’s Pacific Time will share his deep appreciation of Asian/Pacific cuisine – the theme for what will be a unique multi-course dinner of bold, yet aromatic flavors and textural combinations.

The reception and dinner promise to delight the palates of the most discriminating epicureans. Showcasing the talents Chefs CJ and Michael, highlights of the evening will include:
