A group of six in town for a motivational conference, we stopped in to eat, were greeted rudely, waited 15 minutes to be greeted and over 45 minutes for our food. We watched tables around us sit down, not be greeted and walk away several times. Later we found out that they were not taking orders anymore after so many tables ordered but continued to let people sit, be ignored and leave which I"m sure left a very bad taste in everyone's mouth about the place. As I type here we just asked the waitress how much longer for our food and she had no idea and continues to ignore new tables seated. Don't waste your time at this place, the service, attitude and treatment is not worth whatever the food may taste like....we're still waiting to find out!

I have not been to the CR Chophouse in a couple of years. My family and I were blown away by their Easter brunch this year. The food was amazing, far better than I remember. I highly recommend checking this place out.

Best upscale food in Cedar Rapids. Chalkboard menu plus huge regular menu. Maybe too many choices. Restroom was not in best shape and server didnt know much about food. Food made up for it though.Quite pricey but the food is very sophisticated.
