best old school swanky frank sinatra restaurant in cedar rapids by far! go with the steaks, filet,ribeye. ribs not so good. i live in minneapolis and dine at winifreds when ever i'm in c/r.

Very good steak, seafood and regional fare. Most steaks are dry aged and very high quality. Good service, nice atmosphere. Based on many visits. Include the morels if in season.
