We were avid attendees at the Brick House restaurant. The food is outstanding but the service is killing the business. My husband and I went for dinner after a hard day at work. We drove over 35 minutes to get to the restaurant. There was no one in the restaurant. The waitress was fooling around with the owner's daughter in the front of the store. We ordered our food. The rolls we ordered never came out. We had to ask for silverware, extra plates, and everything came out at once. I had to yell and scream at the waitress to get service. We have not nor will we be going back. We were not asking for anything free or a discount but paid what we were asked.

No idea what that person was talking about! By far the best pizza I have had since I moved here from NY. My family orders delivery there every week..but the restaurant has a nice atmosphere to it also, they just need to get a beer/wine license yet. Other than that, GREAT FOOD!

If this is a connection to the Brick House pizza and pasta that just re-opened right next to 5 guys at crossville rd in the kroger parking lot. I am sorry but my husband and I went to the brick house to pick up a simple pizza and check it out, and we won't be back it was dirty. The resturant was dirty and so was the pizza and the box. It was very dusty all over the top of the tea container. It was one of the worst pizza's I have ever had. I only took one bite and thought I was gonna be sick. If you are looking fo a NY pizza this is not the place
