Glendale Restaurant Guide

Since this company changed ownership about a year ago it has gone down hill!! I used to go in here for coffee, an occasional iced latte. After ownership changed I went in there for my usual and the girl behind the counter had no clue what I was talking about. She proceeded to take hot coffee and try to pour it into a plastic cup, of coarse it melted the cup. She still wanted to charge me for it. I couldnt believe they would put someone behind the counter that didnt know what they were doing and leave them by themselves. I cant see that this place will continue to strive and the only reason it has thus far is because of the name on the building outside. If Ben and Jerry and Green Mountain Coffee only knew the the injustice these poeple at this place are giving there name!!! Needless to say I would rather get my coffee at Mcdonalds and Ill take the kids to coldstone for icecream!! If I want BEnand Jerry's Im better off picking up a pint at the grocery store!
