About Carver's Steak & Seafood
Carvers Prime Rib, Steak & Seafood at Arrowhead, features an abbreviated luncheon menu and extensive dinner menu with traditional meat dishes that include fine prime rib, Porterhouse, Filet Mignon, BBQ Baby Back, Chicken, Shrimp and other Fresh Seafood, Pork chops, Lamb chops and Veal dinners.
As you enter the restaurant and smell grilled steak, you'll notice the warm ambience of a richly-decorated place with 4 fireplaces that seats guests fairly close to accommodate large crowds that fill the popular dining establishment regularly. The look and feel borders on a fine dining experience. Even so, you'll see jeans and tennis shoes worn with nice tops, shirts or jackets. Upscale casual attire seems to fit quite well with the comfortable surroundings. As you peruse the menu and are offered a warm loaf of sliced sourdough bread with butter, you can select one of the wines or order a cocktail from the full bar. Food servers are amiable, attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. They stay on top of your drinks, keeping water glasses filled and checking with you regularly to make sure that you are being served as needed.
Clearly the favorite, is the house specialty, Prime Rib. Billed as the finest Midwestern beef, the meat is hand-trimmed and seared in an herb crust, then slowly roasted for hours. Every steak or chop entrée comes with Fresh Baked Bread and your choice of Soup of the Day, Spinach Salad with apples, glazed almonds and cranberries, Romaine Salad with Bleu cheese, bacon, roasted onions and peppers in a balsamic vinaigrette or a Caesar Salad and your choice of Au Gratin Potatoes, Baked Potato, Garlic Roasted Mashed Potatoes, Wild Rice Pilaf or Vegetable.
Carvers also can accommodate intimate private rooms for your special occasions in our Garden Room (55), Library (36), Study (22) and the Tasting Room (14)

My husband and I went there November 2, 2010 for our anniversary. We had never been there before and oh my goodness, this was the BEST place to eat. We were treated so good there. I am from the Midwest and know good steaks. My prime rib was wonderful and my husbands Ribeye was cooked perfect. We will definitely come back again!!

Hats off to the "chef" and all staff!
We've been dining at Carver's for over 14 yrs and the service has never been better! Every time we dine there it's just so rewarding knowing we're going to enjoy our delicious Prime Rib dinner or anything on the menu for that matter. Keep up the delicious and courteous work Carvers!

I have been going to this restaurant since I was in High School (10 years ago). It's just wonderful. I have never had a bad experience and have tried many items on the menu. I remember thinking how wonderful the food was way back then(even though I was a picky teenager). To this day it is a favorite of our's...and is well worth the drive!!

Wow, what a wonderful, wonderful experience we had. Everything from the appetizer to dessert was great. It was our first time there and will not be our last! The spinach salad is enough to bring me back there!!! We also noticed they are hosting weddings and are planning on referring our friends. What a wonderful atmosphere!

Went to Carver's tonite with Family of four to celebrate. I must say this is the best dining experience in some time. Fantastic steaks cooked precisely to specifications, Had the New york 11 oz.
along with the Ceasar salad. Couldn't ask for more. Ambiance a plus. The third time I have been here and never have I been disappointed. One should go specifically for the steaks.

We live in Indiana, and travel to Arizona at least once a year. We always have our last dinner at Carver's Steakhouse to celebrate our great trip!! Except for being a little pricey, all is wonderful. We have been doing this for a few years and have never had anything to complain about. Great place!!!

One of our favorite restaurants in the Arrowhead Area. We're frequent diners to Carvers and have always had great service and great food. We love the cozy, quiet atmosphere. The salmon is great as is the porterhouse steak!
We do wish they'd have separate seating for the Carvers Wine Dinner in the future.
It remains at the top of our list.

Carvers know how to treat their guests to the finest dining experience one can have. We've gone to Carvers countless times since it opened and we have never left there disappointed. Food, excellent, wine, excellent, deserts excellent, service excellent. We also like the fact that if you go dressed like a clown or gangbanger, they will seat you away from their more refined guests. Carvers isn't for the all you can eat crowd, and please, if you have unruly or ill-mannered kids, take them to Chuckey Cheese instead.

My husband and I had a fabulous dining experience at Carvers on Febuary 10, 2007. We had the carvers cut prime rib. It was wonderful. Everything was cooked to perfection and the chocolate desert was fabulous. I would gladly go back! The manager came over to our table and was extremely friendly asking how we enjoyed our dinner.

I took two out of town guests to Carvers on Saturday evening for dinner. Two of our dinners were okay,however the third one was Tornado's with crab on top.After my guest had two bites of crab she said it was bad and called the waiter.They scraped the bad crab off of the meat and brought her some steamed crab legs in replacement. 24 hours later she became violently ill with food poisoning and had to be taken to emergency room where she was hospitalized until Tuesday Jan 2. When I called Carvers on Tuesday to report this the manager said"no one else complained" and offered her sympathy's and a corporate number to call if I had anything further to say. I will not be going back and neither will any of my friends.

I am not one to complain, nor take the time to critic a restaurant of poor quality, I usually simply won't go back. HOWEVER, my experience on April 11, 2006 is worth sharing with potential diners!!!! Don't go! The porterhouse was served seriously undercooked! The alaskan crablegs were served FROZEN on a plate with cold au gratin potatoes that were recommended by the unprofessional waitress. The clam chowder soup was undoubtedly out of a can, nothing fresh or flavorful about it! We had to call the waitress every time and finally ask her to clear our plates. It was literally an experience worse than Denny's. She asked us before we were finished eating if we were ready for dessert?? Talk about rushing us outta there... There were barely any patrons, now I know why!!!!!

We visited Carvers on a Saturday night. I was worried because they were not busy.I must say I was surprized for the meal was very good and we received best service that was better then many 5 star restaurants! The staff was outstanding. We will be back in the near future.

3 of us had a delightful time, we were all disappointed in the FOOD. I ordered roast chicken with pine nuts, etc. chicken overcooked, dense and lacked chicken flavor. Daughter ordered tenderloin brochette which was obviously another cut, very flavorful, fatty and chewy, my guess is rib steak. Husband ordered whiskey peppercorn steak which was downright tough! We used to really like it there.
