Newnan Restaurant Guide

Amazing Restarunt with really great food. Great friends to hang with at the bar also.

My Family and I have always loved eating at Applebee's. We moved to Newnan area and was excited to see one of our favorite places to eat. We decided to go in and place an order to go. We saw it was a little busy, but did not mind waiting. After standing there for over 10 minutes and seeing over 5 servers and the manager passing by, and not acknowledging us, it got a little aggravating to say the least. After stopping several servers, one finally called someone else over to take our order. 15 minutes had now passed. We waited another 15 minutes to receive only part of our order, which was left out on the counter getting cold. Manager passed by about 4 times, still not speaking or acknowledging us or how long we had been standing there. OK. Finally One very nice male server came by and asked if we were still waiting on our order. He checked on it and shared it would be out in a moment. Finally, I thought someone with some kind of customer service. After now waiting over 35 minutes the rest of our order was ready. The order was wrong. No apology, just, let me tell them this isn't right. Finally, the manager after seeing the expression on our faces stopped and asked if there a problem. I expressed my thoughts to him about the bad customer service by server and himself, long wait time and wrong order. I did make a point to give thanks to male server that stopped long enough to help. After all this, he shared how busy they were and offered A free dessert. I told him to keep the dessert. After all this, Believe me when I say, going to this restaurant was not worth our time. The bad service itself was enough to warrant us spending our money elsewhere. We still continue to go to Applebees, just not the one in Newnan.
