The food was very fresh and delicious. The bathroom had no paper towels to dry hands.Water glasses were very small.Waitress was not very helpful at all asking her of her opinion between dishes. I also asked if the calamari that was on the appetizer list would be enough for a small child as a dinner ...
Midori: By far the best sushi restaurant in Chicago! The staff is pleasant and the food is fresh! The Roberto Roll is a must-have!

The fish, the veggies, and the food in general is fresh. The ambience is cozy and friendly. The restaurant is BYOB and they have chairs for children.

Sai has the freshest sushi in town. The service is awesome and friendly. The have an excellent wine selection.
I would agree with the other chicago reviewer: Going to Ginza is like being back in Japan (although I haven't been able to check out the tatami rooms yet). And if you read Japanese and are familiar with the cuisine, don't forget to ask for the additional Japanese menu.
It is the best sushi restaurant in Chicago. It is a little one, but they serve perfect sushi. (I am visiting Chicago 3 -4 times an year for business and Ginza is always one stop worth.)
Ginza Restaurant is simply the most authentic Japanese restaurant in Chicago. Its food, atmosphere are down to earth and really appealing to all who appreciate "real" Japanese food.
