What do you think of first when you hear the name Fuel? Definitely not a cool Caribbean fusion restaurant! The food and service was top notch nothing like many of the tourist traps around downtown Charleston. I loved the sweet corn bisque and their Plantain cake which was so good! The restaurant and concept is very well done. If you are looking for something different from the Low Country style food then cruise on over to fuel up!
