Expect at least a 15 minute wait at lunch. Food is great. Looks like a killer Happy Hour place. Huge patio right on the lake. Actually it looks more like a swamp to me and I imagine alligators to be lurking. Food is extremely filling. You eat at lunch and you won't be hungry for hours!!!!

Mariscos Seafood is a great place for authentic Mexican seafood. They have a variety of entrees at a very reasonable price. If anyone is in that neighborhood I suggest they stop by and try a shrimp cocktail or maybe some ceviche. It is a family run business and everyone is polite!!
If you are ever in the south side of Austin check this place out. It can be a bit pricey but not if you are after the standard fair. They have great meals for vegitarians. The food is excellent and they have take out until 2am, great after a night at the bar.

This is a great restaurant! The best Mexican food in Austin, fabulous and friendly service with a smile, as well as a beautiful setting. The restaurant has mariachis on Friday nights, and they whole restaurant feels the energy of the music. I love the whole dining experience!
