Our first time eating at OCharleys and we loved it. it was a bit expensive ($64.00 for 4) so we could not do it alot but as a special treat, it was nice. The kids loved it and the food was awesome.

This is one of the worst places I have ever been. The food was so- so nothing great, but the entire experience was soured by the manager who was rude, condecending and absolutely not any where on the planet of customer friendly! I will never return and will tell everyone I know of my experience.

The delivery order was supposed to take 45-55 minutes. It finally came 1 1/2 hours later. Nothing was done to compensate for the bad service. The portions are smaller than another local chinese restaurant and the food is not as good.

Tremendous historic building with lots of nooks and crannies to explore. The grand experience ends when you decide to partake of the boring limited menu. The person in charge assured us of a regal meal but quickly becamae a royal pain. They are not what they pretend to be here at this club.
