I used the drive through window on 10/3/06. I was overcharged $1 to my VISA Check Card. I found this out a day later when I was reconciling my checking account online. I was given a "Bagging Summary" receipt, but no Credit Transaction Receipt. When I noticed the discrepancy I called the restaurant and spoke to the Shift Manager. She asked how much I was overcharged, I said, "Exactly one dollar", she replied, "A DOLLAR!?" and snickered. She did offer to take my name and the next time I came in I would receive a dollar off my order. I asked how this could happen. She said the cashier has to enter the cash register total manually into the Credit Transaction keypad. I asked if they could credit it back to my checking account and she said only if I brought my visa check card and my bank statement showing the overcharged transaction. When I went to the restaurant for lunch on Friday, the busiest time of the week, I talked to the manager. He said they couldn't credit overcharges back to checking accounts. He tried to offer $1 in cash but changed his mind when I asked him to sign my food order receipt to that effect. He called the Accounting Manager on the phone and let me talk to him so he could credit my checking account. The manager then gave me a cash refund for my original order and my current order. I thanked him and shook his hand. Then I informed him the mens restroom was out of hand soap. I asked him if the employees were required to wash their hands. He said the employees washed their hands in the kitchen and pointed to a sink with a soap dispenser. I asked if it had soap in it and he said yes. So the employees have soap but not the customers. The moral of the story is to check your receipt(s) and your order before you drive away and bring your own soap.

It seems like every other time i go they get my order wrong. I like the food but its getting annoying to drive home and then finding out that my meal is wrong and then having to drive back to get the right meal.

Los Rancheros is the best. No other place will do for us. Tonight the quesadilla made with chicken and pork was on special. I was in heaven, and have enough left over for lunch tomorrow !!
