The server we had was awful. Took no ownership for the food being cold. The fried food was hot but my smoked chicken wings came out cold or lukewarm both times I sent them back. I told her to keep them the last time. Ordered a drink & I had to remind the waitress to get them after coming back to the table 20 min later. She kept taking her hair down & putting it back up. She apoligized 1ay too much. She blamed the bar server for not helping her but she only had 4 tables. (Bar was full!)

Food was cold, chicken strips tasted fishy. When complained waitress informed me that I had to pay for the meal after eat one chicken strip. Not a good experience. Everyone in my group was not happy. One person in my party order Jack Daniels on the Rocks. Receipt read Jack Daniel $6 and $2 rocks. He paid $2 for ice.

Good food & ambiance but terrible manager on duty. Actually brought another customer over to verify the fries are always that well done. Embarrassing & not customer friendly. Even our waitress was embarrassed! No attempt
