Without a doubt our favorite Italian restaurant in all of Sarasota. We love the food, the people, the warm feeling we always have when dining there.
Broccolini's is a fine example of what a little neighborhood Italian restaurant should be. Small, intimate, nice enough for a special occasion, but not too fussy. Perfect any night of the week. And the food.... consistently fabulous. If you can't see what you have a taste for on the menu (odd,...
what a great place fun and the engery is awsome the staff is wonderful the owner Dalen Reyes is always there to make sure we have a great experince, we love carrabbas.
I have no idea about the quality of food. I waited one hour received one glass of wine and one roll. No salad, no request for another wine order, no apology for the delay. I walked out. Later I called an the manager/chef/owner said I did not know how to have a good time. THE SERVICE IS AWFUL!...
I had an awful dining experience here. The service was as poor as I’ve experienced. After one hour, I was served one roll, one glass of water, and one glass of wine. When I complained the chef/owner told me that I need to relax, because “this is America.” I cannot recommend it.
Awful service. After an hour with only a glass of water, a roll, and a glass of wine I left. I've no idea about the food.
Run Forrest Run! My wife and I, always on the lookout for a new dining experience were excited to try Etrusco. We learned of them through Restaurants.com. A small token coupon in hand we set out. Upon arrival we were seated and the menu's given. Upside down. Not a big deal just a bit funny. The wa...
If you are lookimg for a bad dining experience, try the Etrusco Restaurant in Sarasota. Stopped in the restroom first - the room was very dirty - no towels. 3 menus when there were 4 of us. Ordered a wine that was on the menu and the waiter said he thought they didn't have any. Sent back 3 glasse...
Waitress nice but not very knowledgeable. Had to ask twice for cutlery. My husband ordered the special Oso Buco which was average, meat ok served with bolognaise sauce and spaghetti so nothing special but charged >$30!!!! Overcharged on check and had to re-do. 2 meals + 1 glass of wine & 1 coffee (n...
After being seated waited 10-15 minutes and had to signal for the waiter to come over. He apologized, took order and left. Had to ask him to bring bread. Wife ordered Scampi but got some kind of fish; not at all what she wanted (waiter apologized again). Had a restaurant.com gift certificate whi...
Italian to die for! Being a New Yorker living in Florida it has been quite the challenge finding good Italian in the sunshine state. Found it! Etrusco of Sarasota - Award winning chef Sol imported from New York
Excellent Italian food. Comfortable atmosphere. Nice staff. Restaurant was closed at the time of our original reservation. We came back the next day. And, our order got mixed up. But, on the whole, a wonderful restaurant.
best italian foo south of little italy in ny. i can hardly wait to go back for another great special dinner. awsome!!!!!!!!!!!!
Great food! Excellent service! Will be our spot for a long time!!
Food was excellent. My husband and I will go back again next time we are in Sarasota.
wow what a suprise. Outstanding food and the waitress was so nice. Small mom and pop place with maybe just a dozen tables but the food and service was terrific.
We've been enjoying Mona Lisa for the past year or so and wish we'd known about it sooner. The two owners make this a special spot-very warm, friendly and DELICIOUS.
Dad and I have been regulars at Shaner's for years! I can't get him to depart from his usual spaghetti and meatballs to try something different but he loves it. The chicken parmesan is my personal favorite and the pizza is always a winner. When the kids are invited, they love to sit and dine from...
Shaners has THE BEST Pizza in Sarasota county. It is just like the Chicago thin crust with real chunks of sausage not the ground up sprinkles like others. I have friends that drive from Daytona Beach to eat at Shaners. I drive from Venice.
there food was generic at best. except for the salad the rest tasted like it came out of bag you would find in the frozen section in the store.
