Great new bar.
Great new bar.
This was a great place. Close to our home in Franklin Park too. We had gone there for years until we moved to Ohio in 2000. I last dined there in 2003, I think. The barbecue was awesome. Very nice place to bring our young children at the time. Red River was just a victim of the economic times.

Smoker outside looks like a health hazard. You will smell like BBQ just walking in. Found the food overpriced. Crowd there looked a little too young, and a little too ready to throw down.

I expected a typical bar and smoke seen but I recieved was all the opposite. what I got was more like Cheers with better food, and the chef was a master in his trade, and to be friendly with the hundreds of clients, not to mention all the live origin
