When you order a 4-pc dinner, all white, the register rings up 2 breasts and 2 wings (same as Popeyes in Louisiana, Florida, etc.) THEN they tell you if you want 2 breasts, it's a $1.00 upcharge from the posted menu. When I questioned the Lead about it, she got defensive with me and start hollering with the clerk taking my order, telling him that he was wrong and she didn't want to put up with crap from customers, then pointed to me. When I asked for the manager, someone wearing an uniform different than everyone else ran to the back of the store into an office and slammed the door. Never did talk to a manager. This place adds $$$ to the posted menu prices. The only way to get hot food is to wait until they run out and wait for them to cook a new batch.
