Pico Rojo's chickens are natural non-frozen, free of hormones, preservatives and food enhancers, marinated with more than 10 natural spices and roasted in an ecological charcoal rotisserie oven. They are served with tasty complements selected to transform in many one single meal. The complimentary sides fulfill every taste, from fried yuca, tostones, and sweet plantains to hearty rice and beans and crunchy asparagus, coleslaw and salads to mention a few. All of them are either cooked with olive oil and kosher sea-salt, pan fried in olive oil or deep fried in peanut oil. All sides are vegetarian.
