Tampa Restaurant Guide

I would suggest not dining here, or ordering for delivery unless you like rude, verbally abusive managers, and hair in your food. I recently ordered food for delivery and within four bites of my salad had already discovered two long hairs that were not mine. The manager not only refused to give me back my money, but also stated that he was "sick and tired of the Tampa and Florida mentality of always trying to get stuff for free." He proceeded to tell me that it was not a big deal to have hair in my food, and that if I wanted to get my money back I should get my "a** down there and get it myself." The company I work for will never order from Pickles again, and I suggest that you never dine at any of Glenn Phillips' establishments again!

Lunch time gets busy but the food is great and worth the wait in line. Very large portions and good prices. I am looking forward to going back for training in Tampa to get some lunch here!
