Panarama Inc

I went in with a friend a few months ago for lunch and some cheesecake. We had never been in before and were excited to try the cheesecake. When we went in, the young man behind the counter pretty much blew us off for a while and we stood around for about 5 minutes looking around until I finally had to say we'd never been in before and didn't know how to go about ordering (there was no visible menu). He finally pointed over at a stack of menus and said we could order whatever and there were cheesecake slices in the fridge on the wall we could choose from. Of course, there were only a few pieces and not any flavors we were interested in and the young man told us they were about to bring more slices to the fridge within the next few minutes. We ordered sandwiches and then he gestured towards a room and said we could go sit somewhere. The food came out pretty slow, but tasted pretty good. We ate and waited around at the table for over an hour and a half waiting for cheesecake, but it was never brought out. I was extremely unhappy with how the young man at the front desk treated us and how he lied about the cheesecake. We ended up leaving without ever getting to try anything.

When I got home, I went to their website and contacted their manager about how awful the service was and how disappointed I was that we never got to eat any of the cheesecake even when it was promised to us. I *never* received any kind of reply whatsoever. Clearly the management and staff have absolutely no customer service skills and don't know how to properly care for a restaurant business.

The sandwiches were decent, but I would NOT recommend this place to anyone!
