Welcome to Origami West in the north side of the Rigedale Mall next to Marshall Fields Mens and Home furnishings. Origami West is a great place for a special occasion, business luncheon, casual dinner, or if you want to just stop and have a bite at the sushi bar!

Origami West is a perfect place to go when you want to treat yourself... Origami West offers a Lunch menu featuring traditional noodles, donburi mono, and other entrees that are sure to please the most discerning palette. Sushi is good anytime. Be sure to ask if there is a particular sushi you desire that is not on the menu; depending on availability we may have it. Origami West's Dinner Menu features traditional Japanese entrees as well as some enticing and delicious Origami originals.

This was the first time in many years I tried sushi. I met my girlfriend there for a drink and we ended up with a few appetizers. The hostess was pleasant and cheerful as she showed us to the cocktail bar as we didn't want dinner. There are 3 different areas for seating depending on taste. Miles (bartender and Manager) was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly and helped us find both drinks and food we would like. The food we did have was flavorful and delicious. His sour appletini was best ever and I plan to take my granddaughter there for her 21st birthday as well as soon so she can sample the food.

the place was clean but the food was not up to par with other sushi restaurants in the area. service was pretty bad something you would xpect from a fast food restaurant but they didnt ask for fries. food was way over priced
