Two reviewers above just wanted to justify their cheap attitude toward a place. I have visited this place many times and always had a great time. This is probably one of the few Brooklyn places with a City feel and the food is totally worth the price. If you want a quiet dinner, visit them before 8 on weekends or anytime on weekdays. It would be a great romantic dinner place or a cozy friends reunion.

The main concern here is not the food nor the ambiance. The issue at play is the fact that this venue is run by CROOKS, who charged us one price, but ended up charging our credit card for another amount, hoping that by the time we receive our credit card statement, we would simply not remember the exact amount. Of course this scheme can only work for large parties. To make a long story short, this venue charged us twice; one charge consistent with our party, for which we signed and the other charge for almost $1000, an unauthorized charge. It is also important to know that this was not a mistake, but done deliberately. Will be sure to register this venue with Better Business Bureau.

I LOVE AKO.... But i cant recall one pleasant memory about their customer service.
I frequently order from them at least 3 times a week..
Great food but poor customer service.
Hopefully they can change it

Very loud music,service no better than 1,food is OK (but for the money,should be a liitle better),overall 2 stars....
