I LOVE AKO.... But i cant recall one pleasant memory about their customer service.
I frequently order from them at least 3 times a week..
Great food but poor customer service.
Hopefully they can change it around a little... But don't expect a pleasant hello.
HOWEVER THEY HAVE THE BEST MISO IN THE USA
