I had the worst birthday party ever!!!!
The place is cheap, way overpriced and not worth of spending any minute.
The staff is unprofessional and management is horrible.
They completely ruined my party!!!
The "VIP" zone was crowded, it was very tight, there was simply not enough space to walk.
It was extremely hot, people could not find a decent cold spot... oh - only right next to AC!
The tables were half empty at all the time, even though the banquet was quite pricy. I had to ask waiters to stop taking away the full of food dishes!
During the WHOLE night MY name called 5 times!, 3 out 5 were requests from my friends! However other 4 birthday boys were mentioned constantly! What a birthday! After the third request they finally mentioned my name! That was it!
Management was very unprofessional.
Overall, horrible place. I will have bitter memories for the rest of my live, DO NOT recommend even to take a chance of having similar experience.

I won’t recommend this place unless you want to deal with credit card charges and question items on the bill that you never ordered.

Took my lady out for a romantic Saturday, really enjoyed the ambiance of the place. Great food, the Filet Mignon with the home style potatoes are a must for me the 2nd time I visit. Service was top notch. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a romantic place to go to and some good food to eat.

The only good experience in Red Crab was a pleasant and cosy interior and nice service.
But this is it. Very expensive for the quality offered.We were waiting for more than an hour for our entrees to arrive (given that we were the only customers in the restaurant!), and New York steik (a $28 dish) was tough and chewey, although shish kebab was good. Also, I feel that they played a dirty trick on us: after the order was made and the menus were taken away, the waiter offered a substitution for 2 fish dishes since they didn't have the fish we ordered - one would assume, for the same price.But after lunch was eaten and we got the check, we found out that they brought us 2 $28 fish dishes instead of $14 dishes we orderd in the first place, not to mention $6 for each cup of instant(!) coffee and tee. It was December, 31, we brought our elderly parents for a supposely nice New Year's lunch, and didn't want to make a scene - and they (the restaurant) were counting on it!
Never going back to this horrible place!
