Manager (k) really rude always yelling at other workers will not return and will contact BBB about how rude she is very disappointed with her . Will not return and will tell everybody about this experience.

This restaurant has changed my life.
I have tried every single McDonalds along the Western Seaboard, and I can say, without doubt, that this McDonald's is doing something special. Not only did they respond admirably when I ordered off-menu, they invited me behind the counter to make my burger just the way I like it.
I now frequent this establishment, and I hope that one day, if I am to be so lucky, I can don the black pants and red shirt of McDonald's and achieve my place of eternal glory, in the annals of history, behind the counter, forever.
I have tried every single McDonalds along the Western Seaboard, and I can say, without doubt, that this McDonald's is doing something special. Not only did they respond admirably when I ordered off-menu, they invited me behind the counter to make my burger just the way I like it.

Jewel Lake McDonalds is by far the cleanest and most friendly McDonalds in Alaska. The manager Duane is always friendly and takes time with the customers. He makes a point to remember our names and often what we eat. The crew is friendly and fast. My children love to go to this restaurant more than any other restaurant in town. Keep up the GREAT JOB.

I have always thought McDonalds to be the best one in town until last two visits. I had the breakfast egg mcmuffin. Both visits, the bread was so hard, it was obviously stale or old. I actually called the restaurant on the 2nd episode recently and asked for the manager. I got the manager on the phone and asked for her name. Her reply, "well who is this?". I again asked for her name, she said, "you tell me your name" . . . Not very professional and certainly not manager material.

This is the BEST McDonald's anywhere! It is the only one I will eat at in Anchorage. The owners are in regular attendance and it shows. Their kids even work here! They care about this place and the people that work there. The result is that the customers are cared about by all employees. I can even order a special order and not wait for an hour for the cook to make a burger without pickles for my son. The special orders come just as fast as the other food. Try this McDonald's, I think you'll like it!

I love this place, by far the greatest McDonalds in Anchorage. Also, this manager there name Sergei is very friendly and has great Customer Service skills.
