I ordered a cheeseburger for delivery. 45 minutes later when I received my order the fries were cold and the burger was raw in the middle. Called to complain..received full refund and then was told they would NEVER allow me to order again because the cook their burgers for more than 10 minutes and my burger could not have been raw. DO NOT EAT HERE

Love everything about this historic downtown anchorage place. I have my roots in downtown anchorage and the surrounding residential areas, and now that I work from home in the days, this place is a godsend to me. Service is amazing! My only difficulty is that they're so popular as a delivery place that sometimes as a walk-in customer it takes a while to get your order. But the order is always delicious and just what I asked for, and there's usually a friendly chat while I'm waiting, and if I'm not chatting I'm checking out the beautiful tiny fountain by the window! Perfect outdoor dining in summer!

I order from this place almost every day. Their delivery is fast and the food is always hot. The food is always good and the partions (especially with their asian food) are very generous.
