Joe's Place opened in 2004. Since then, we have built a local following of salad bar lovers! We strive to provide quality food and service. Joe's works with many non-profit organizations and groups in the Gainesville community.
We want Joe's Place to be your favorite eating establishment. So bring your friends, neighbors, or colleagues to enjoy our cozy atmosphere. As always, we appreciate your business over the years and look forward to serving you in the future.

Joe's Place is our home away from home. Comfort food at its best. Their burgers are amazing and the sandwiches are true NY style, especially the reuben! The service and management always make us feel welcome. Overall, a great family value and a local eatery in Gainesville.

If they are known for their burgers, they should find something else. Nothing spectacular, nothing seemingly homemade. Overall it's a mediocre joint good for quarters with frat boys with a creepy owner to boot.

awesome grub, get the monkeys uncle. everytime i get food here it seems to get better.
I can't really rate on the food because I never got it. The waitress just disapeared, never came back again, not even to re-fill. Realizing that everybody around me got their orders, including people after me, I went hunting for her to cancel my order. It was my first and last time. I am not recommending it. When you lose an hour of lunch waiting, one "sorry about that" will not do it.
