I believe I have discovered Bakersfield's best kept secret when it comes to Chinese food. My wife and I loved every dish we ordered. Their orange chicken is by far best in town! I would also highly recommend their hot wontons, Kung Pao chicken, crispy shrimp, and steamed fish. A friend told me about the steamed fish (not on the menu) and it's incredible.
