We stopped in to get dinner after seeing a movie at the Edwards Theatre.We purchased chicken bowels to eat, and all four of us thought the chicken tasted a little funky. My seven year old, who loves chicken, cried because he said, it "tasted bad"! There was food build up in all the cracks of the tables and chairs. It would take months of no cleaning for this build up to happen! Really Dirty! I went to throw away our trash, and two German cockroaches jumped out of the counter on my arm. After I did a jig to get them off my arm and stepped on them. We quickly threw all the food away and left! We will never eat there again!

I have been going to Rice Bowl for 22 years or so, and the service is always great.The waitress's are always so nice, they usually put your food in take out boxes for you, so sweet! There usually isn't a wait... The food

I believe I have discovered Bakersfield's best kept secret when it comes to Chinese food. My wife and I loved every dish we ordered. Their orange chicken is by far best in town! I would also highly recommend their hot
