A diner from Tampa

We were seated in the "raw" bar area. We should have listened to our gut when we walked into the raw bar room and it smelled. Bad. The next sign came when i watched the bartender cough all over her hands and pour a drink two seconds later. We sat down and were greeted very quickly by a waitress, unfortunately we were not ready to order yet. A few minutes later another waitress tells us she is now our waitress. She takes our order and we wait. The third sign came when another big table in the room cheered when their food arrived. Almost an hour and 30 minute wait for food:( our waitress was running her butt off. She had like 6 HUGE tables. The first waitress was around but not in a rush and it didn't look like she had any tables? I don't know what was happening in the kitchen. When our food finally came it was ice cold. It was frustrating to watch a bartender sit on her butt behind the bar doing nothing but texting. We saw our waitress speaking heatedly with the manager. I heard him tell her there was nothing he could do as he gestured toward a party of 8 that had been seated before us and still had no food. Then he shrugged his shoulders and walked out. The guy never even went to the table and apologized. I guess they bank on the fact their in a tourist area. They know we won't be back anyway so why be good.
